Location Data The Fitmeal app collects and uses your device’s location data to enable delivery tracking, provide location-based features, and improve your experience. Location data is collected while the app is in use and is not shared with third parties. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain delivery features.
Data Retention We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it.

At Fitmeal, we believe in earned loyalty, not “trapped” subscriptions. We want you to stay with us because you love the food and the results, not because of a contract. If your circumstances change or you feel our service isn’t the right fit, we make it simple to move on.
You are never locked into a long-term commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time during your plan. Unlike many services that only offer app credits, Fitmeal provides pro-rated cash refunds for the value of your remaining, unused meals.
When you cancel, we calculate your refund based on the remaining balance of your plan.
Used Meals: You are only charged for the meals already delivered or currently in production.
Unused Meals: The value of all future meals that have not yet entered our 48-hour production cycle will be refunded in full.
Discounts: If your initial plan included a bulk-buy discount (e.g., a 4-week discount), and you cancel early (e.g., after 1 week), the refund will be calculated by applying the standard weekly rate to the meals you consumed.
To ensure food waste is minimized, we require a notice period for cancellations and pauses:
Cut-off Time: Requests must be made at least 2 business days (48 hours) before your next scheduled delivery.
Paid Wastage: If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before a delivery, that specific delivery cannot be stopped as the ingredients have already been sourced and prepared. This will be considered “paid wastage” and is non-refundable.
Original Payment: All refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer) used during checkout.
Processing Time: While we initiate the refund within 24–48 hours of your request, it typically takes 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s internal procedures.
If you are traveling or have a temporary change in schedule, we recommend Pausing your plan instead of cancelling.
You can pause your plan through the Fitmeal App or by contacting Support.
Paused days never expire and will be added to the end of your subscription period once you are ready to resume.

Welcome to fitmeal.qa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and meal subscription services within the State of Qatar. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or subscribe. You agree that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
fitmeal.qa offers flexible weekly and monthly meal subscription plans. Plans may include breakfast, lunch, dinner, or customized meal combinations. Meal selections must be confirmed before the weekly cutoff time. If no selection is made, meals will be assigned by fitmeal.qa.
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Payment must be made in advance via approved payment methods. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date. fitmeal.qa reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.
Delivery is available in selected areas across Qatar. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external conditions. If the customer is unavailable, orders may be left at the location (if consent is given) or redelivery charges may apply.
Meals must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Customers should follow storage and reheating instructions. fitmeal.qa is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
Customers must inform fitmeal.qa of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While precautions are taken, meals are prepared in shared kitchens. fitmeal.qa is not liable for allergic reactions unless due to proven negligence.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next delivery cycle. No refunds will be issued for meals already delivered. Refunds (if applicable) apply only to unused portions. Subscription plans may be paused or modified with prior notice.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately. fitmeal.qa reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse or fraud.
Promotions and discount codes are subject to specific terms. fitmeal.qa reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
fitmeal.qa is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic or weather. Liability is limited to the value of the affected order. fitmeal.qa is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
Customer data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Qatar. Personal information will not be shared without consent unless required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Qatar courts.
